NOVIQ Refund Policy

If NOVIQ isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email paulogomestw@gmail.com with your order reference (or the email address used at checkout) and we'll process the refund through Paddle.

Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and will no longer unlock the full version — the Software continues to work under the free tier's limits.

Refunds requested after 14 days are handled at our discretion.
