Your card never touches this site
Checkout is Paddle's own hosted overlay. Card details go straight to them - this page never sees, stores or transmits them.
Paddle is the merchant of record
They handle VAT and sales tax for your country automatically, and their name - not ours - is what appears on your statement.
14 days, no questions
If it isn't right for you, email us within 14 days and we refund it. No form, no justification, no argument. The free version has every feature, so you can try it first.
Questions about buying
What exactly do I get for $9.99?
A licence key for the unlimited version of NOVIQ, emailed to you within a minute of paying. It works on one computer, never expires, and covers every update to version 1. $9.99 is a limited-time discount off the regular $39 price - it does not go up later for a key you've already bought.
Is anything held back from the free version?
No feature is. Backstage, separate outputs, Show Mode, the footswitch, stage video, subtitles and the idle loop are all there. The free version holds one setlist of up to five songs and shows one line about upgrading on the library screen - never in Show Mode.
Does the licence cover NOVIQ Practice?
NOVIQ Practice is a separate application and isn't available yet - see what's coming. Your NOVIQ licence is for NOVIQ, the stage application.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a single payment. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews - and nothing in the application reads a clock to check.
What happens when version 2 arrives?
Your version 1 licence keeps working on version 1 forever. A major upgrade may be a paid one, and if it is, existing owners get a discount.
Do I need an internet connection to use it?
Only to download it and buy your key. After that, never - including for the licence check, which runs entirely on your own machine.
What if I replace my laptop?
Email us with the computer ID shown under Setup › Licence on the new one and we'll move your licence across. The old computer goes back to the free version.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Paddle converts the $9.99 to your local currency at checkout and shows you the exact amount, including any tax, before you confirm.
